Flexo printing is a printing process which along with the gravure process is increasingly winning importance in the packaging area. This is especially the case with multi-layer foils and corrugated cardboard as used with sweets and drink packaging.

In this area Fentsch is clearly the right partner. During the last years we specifically invested in specialist Know-How and machinery for the production of flexo forms. Nowadays we take over the complete customers specific production of flexo forms from the reproduction to the colour management and on to Computer-to-Plate laser processing, as well as sleeve productions for photopolymer and rubber.

In this process we use photopolymer printing plates of all standard material thicknesses, which for quality reasons are produced by laser in a rotary production.

We especially take into consideration the specific requirements of the particular printing design and also the specific technical printing parameters as required by the printer. Apart from this we place great importance on rotary perfection and the best possible smooth surface of the printing forms as well as the flexo specific detail reproduction.
